You mean the lettering is animated in AE but all the animation is done in TVPaint? If you get one of these done every week, should I also presume that you are drawing and painting paperlessly in TVPaint?

Yep. All the traditional animation is on TVPaint. Yeah, I prefer to animate direclty on it. The scanner process waste much time, and I don't have this. ^^'
I animate this just in my 3 hours free-time daily.

A good start, so you have the spirit. The humor is a bit tame for me and the character looks more like a rubber doll filled with water than made of rags. But here's what I really want to know; what drives you to this rapid performance?

I'm improving my skills to get a better humor in this. Sometimes I'm confused about the humor, if I make gags for childrens or for adults. In the internet, the majority are adults, young adults, that likes dark humor. I'm thinking about this yet.
The process of animation is different. It's painted, not stroked. This can make the process faster. It's simple. =)

I think the episodes would improve if you improved the sound design, I was also thinking about that when I saw the other episodes.
The theme song I find irritating, and that is maybe the purpose, but I find it too irritating to be a theme song, or maybe it's just the low quality of the sound that put's me off. in this episode I miss sound effects. do you know about http://www.freesound.org I use that when I need some foley here and there. there is noise on a lot of the free sound but then I use audacity to remove the noise as good as I can.
Thank you for sharing

I forgot to say that I think the missing sound, hurts the else finished look of the webisode.

but in this episode I think there's to much text.
I'm not english and I have to admit I saw the webisode but I didn't read the text. so....

Hi!
Thanks for the observations Mads. This episode was a test about this reading. I'll see if it can be continued or not, but I prefer the no text episodes, like the pasts. I'm thinking about construct a pro theme song since the first episode. I think it's the time to improve this too.
Oks, Elodie. Thanks for the information. =D
