Problem Of Retas Pro!HD Help me please

In the Stylos HD only,

The "Layer Palette" does not appear even I have already open it from menu bar [window>>>layer palette]
and even I delete the whole program and install again, it still not appear

how can I solve this problem... help me please guy

There is a palette panel and a layer panel, but not a layer palette in the software. What are you talking about ? Can you send a screenshot ?
