Issue Installing Creation Pack

I just ordered TVPAnimation9.5 Pro and the TVP creation pack and I coming across an issue getting the creation pack to install.
I am running TVPAnimation 9.5 Pro on a Mac OS X version 10.5.8 and my dongle is connected while I try to install. I also came across no issues installing TVPanimation9.5 Pro.

Basically what happens is that I drag the three .tvpx files from the Creation Pack CD into the TVPAnimation window and the panel with the license agree comes up. I am able to enter my unlock code but for some reason my computer isn't letting me click the I agree box which prevents me from going on in the installation process. Has anyone else had this issue when installing the creation pack and if so, how have you gone about getting it to install?

Hello Lauren,

I'd like to know : You can't click on "I accept" or "Next" ?
If you can click on "I accept", can you try to first enter the unlock code and then click on "I accept" (or the contrary) ?

If it doesn't work, could you please send a screenshot ?

Hi Elodie,

So strangely enough, after taking out the Creation Pack CD of my computer and putting it back in did the trick(it let me click I accept) and I was able to install the creation pack. Don't know why it wasn't cooperating the first few times, but it finally worked, so no longer having that issue. Thanks for your response though-I appreciate it!
