Export Clip/ Import Clip

I can Export a clip With File<Export Clip.
or Project timeline right mouse click menu 'Create a new project from selected clips' and then save each clip
But how do I
Import a clip?
or
Move a clip from one project to another?

Ok I found Out In the right Click Menu on a clip In the Project tab You can Copy a Clip. Then Go to Another Project Right click on clip in the Project Tab on a clip an chose paste
