[DONE] Instance handles visible when layers collapsed

i would like the instance handles to be visible and useble when the layer is collapsed. so its still possible to navigate

yes, +1

and also a "fit to instance handles" zoom option would be really nice.
at a certain timeline zoom factor the handles disappear, i find myself draging the Z button by hand a lot to find the sweet spot of maximum zoom out while still having handles.

and i'don't mind if you could squeezed it even further.
it may look strange but it would be usefull.

compressed and collapsed in this way, a lot of instance handles will fit on the screen.

And in addition to that I suggest we have a way of changing a few things in the hidden layers, such as turning them off and on or locking/unlocking them, all in bulk and without having to bring them out of hiding.

I also miss this function. And it would be nice to be able to assign a short cut to 'the sweet spot'
