out of pegs reminder

Similar to my earlier post to have a visual reference for the layer you're working on (which was already there in a much more elegant option as the "zoom-shake") I have for the same reasons the request to have a visual reminder in your project window for the fact you're working with the out of pegs option active. It happens regularly I am doing wrong inbetweens because I forgot to reset the out of pegs. So having a reminder visible in the project window like for example showing a pegbar outline on top of the window could help prevent these errors.
