I'm looking for a software

Post by fabrice_ »

hi all,

I'm looking for a software (price : not more than 10-15 euros) which can help me to rename a large amount of files quickly :

for exemple,
Renaming all files of a whole directory which have the character " _ "
Renaming, more than 100 files *.aur or *.mir into *.tvp in a few clics ...
Renaming all files in a directory into 001.jpg / 002.jpg / 003.jpg ...

any idea :?:

http://www.gpsoft.com.au/

85.00 AUD = 50.4821 EUR

i have Dopus and like it a lot (i bought it mostly because windows is so user-unfriendly in letting you manage your files.

Fabrice, do you know how to make the TVP thumbnails viewable in dopus?
because the little plug in that was given us lately for this purpose doesn't work in dopus

TVP plugin

Post by ubik »

I suppose that Dr Greg Perry, Managing Director and
Jonathan Potter, Head of Software Development could developped it from our ask? Or a DO user? AMIGA, AMIGA Nostalgy!

I'm asking to DOpus forum to create a TVPaint plugin et here the answer (tanis Admin):

Are you a programmer? If not then you will not be able to create a plugin.

If you are then a good start would be to download some of Nudel's plugins - for which he provides lots of source code in C++.

well, I think the best place to ask for this is on Digital Art Oasis :
http://www.le-mec.com/phpBB/index.php,
or directly on YoungMonkey (Dhomas's site) :
http://www.youngmonkey.ca/hands/Softwar ... index.html
if you are enough users to ask for a Dopus Aura/Mirage/TVPA viewer plugin up-date,
I guess Dhomas Tren would provide a new v1.1 for few fees,
(maybe even free if you are already registred, and lucky!...)
8)
ps: same thing for TotalCommander Aura/Mirage/TVPA viewer plugin up-date.
