Am I entitled to a Windows Version?

Post by ingie01 »

Hello gang, I am a registered user and have been using Pro version 9.5 on my iMac and would like to know if this entitles me to a Windows version as well? If it does I would like to know how I go about obtaining a copy for my windows 7 machine..........thanks in advance.

Last time I checked I was able to download the PC version as well as the Mac version, which I did just for the unlikely case I had to switch machines. It shouldn't be a problem since I still only have one dongle and can only run one installation at any time.

(In fact I have two identical Macs, one as a spare, just in case my main workstation dies one day.)
TVP 10.0.18 and 11.0 MacPro Quadcore 3GHz 16GB OS 10.6.8 Quicktime 7.6.6
TVP 11.0 and 11.7 MacPro 12core 3GHz 32GB OS 10.11 Quicktime 10.7.3
TVP 11.7 Mac Mini M2pro 32GB OS 13.5

Also no problems to run TVP on one Intel-Mac with both OS via eg. BootCamp.

I was able to download the pc trial version of tvp pro. How do I activate it? Do I need to put the dongle in before I launch the program? Maybe I downloaded the wrong thing altogether?

Yes of course first thing is to put your dongle in, then start the app.

You can use the same TVP-unlock-code that was given for the other OS - so it was for me. After starting TVP, a pop-up will come up and ask for the unlock-code.
