Attempt to download latest version fails [solved]

Currently running TVP 9.5.1 on Mac Pro 10.6.2

Received message that there was a new update available.
When I attempt to get it, I get the message: Internal error.
Also get the message that my Lock Code is not valid on another part of your website.

Perhaps I have the latest version. ??
