Try to "Sumi-e" on PC
Try to "Sumi-e" on PC
Hello, everyone.
"L'épée et le pinceau (The sword and the paintbrush)" by Jean Jacques Chen that exists in TVPaint gallery, I sympathized with his "sumi-e painting Animation" very much.
It is difficult for me to make the artistic production like his artwork and "Roku-Rei (A Deer and bell, 1980's Chinese Sumi-e animation).
Here is my digital sumi-e scribbling. Thank you for your watching.

Hi Ten-Zero,
There is also "Le moustique" from Hélène Ducrocq : http://www.vimeo.com/6160477" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The chinese brushes here helped her a lot : http://www.tvpaint.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=541" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; They might help you too. I also like Impression de montagne et d'eau traditionnally created and very very beautiful.

Well, I drew two pictures with traditional painting materials, my shoulder got absorbed.
So let me draw ... a kind of Kage-e (silhouette or shadowgraph), design like Manga that was accustomed usually to be written scribble

What a beautiful utilisation of watercolor. It's just a test or a cd cover ? Long life to the showtime !
