I'm poor English.
I want 'off peg registration'. It is traditional animation technique for inbetweening.

I hope TVPaint have this function.

This function ("off-the-pegs inbetweening") has been discussed on the forum in this thread (read both pages of the thread) :

It is agreed that this would be a very desirable function to have in TVP.

More recently TVP user Mads Juul has introduced a work-around function to accomplish "off-pegs" shifting to do inbetweening . It is in his custom tool panel shared here:
