I am getting these weird full weighted dots with my cintiq 12"
I have windows 7, so could it be related to the tablet pc features?
I don't know how to search for this problem because the definition could be anyone's interpretation.

Could you test this with another stylus? Maybe your PC dealer could help you out?

I don't have another stylus, but I don't think that's the problem anyway since photoshop works like a dream.
Note i Just disabled tablet and pen services and disabled the features but it still does the dots.

Ok it's fixed, I don't know what i did but it works now, maybe restarting after disabling services.

This is a typical problem with Wacom; tablet settings get set only after reopening TVP.
