Your question is a bit vague, maybe you mean to ask how to tweak the response of TVP tools to the tablet?
In the Tool Panel most parameters have a connection button [grey /white with a letter on it] when you click it you find a list of input variables
and a profile editor.
you might want to play around with those.

First you need to set up your tablet properly. This is done in the tablet's driver's controls. Read the inline help for that or search on the manufacturer's website.

Only after that you will have access to all functions of TVP.
TVP 10.0.18 and 11.0 MacPro Quadcore 3GHz 16GB OS 10.6.8 Quicktime 7.6.6
TVP 11.0 and 11.7 MacPro 12core 3GHz 32GB OS 10.11 Quicktime 10.7.3
TVP 11.7 Mac Mini M2pro 32GB OS 13.5

I think there is a way to configure your Genius ?

For example, you can reduce the sensibility : that means the less you will have sensibility, the more you will have to press your pen to have a big line.

Sorry, I can't help your more, I haven't a Genius tablet =/ But don't hesitate to read the Genius guide, it must have some informations =3
