More Toggle keyboard Shortcuts

More Toggle keyboard Shortcuts

I really like the toggle Cutbrush shortcut. I wish there was also a toggle selection tools shortcut. Better still would be a toggle shortcut for all the main menu's popup panels.

Going one step further, being able to create our own custom one key multi-tool toggles may also be useful.
