Hello! I haven't posted anything here before but since my last animation was made entirely in TvPaint, I thought "what the hell" and decided to post it here for feedback from longtime TvPaint users.
I study animation, I'm in my second year now (third year starts in september) and Peter Wassink (one of the regulars here) is a teacher of mine
I think the problem with the graphics style is that it is faux cut-out animation sometimes trying to be drawn animation. Hybrids can be O.K. in design but this happens to be an unfortunate choice. Also the relative easiness of the animation technique led you to overstretch many scenes, which should have been much shorter.
But it's good effort for a student film and I applaud your guts to present it here in light of the tough-love critiques that can be at times offered. It shows that you are eager to learn. Keep it going and search for a drawing style that will come easily to you so that you won't have to search for animation shortcuts. We all have to pay our dues in time spent drawing. Once you find drawing joyful you'll be on your way.

Yeah the style of this one was an expiriment, this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qlvLjJiouLo) is what I usually do
Time wasn't really on my side, that's why there are so many loops
