Yet to receive email response from TVPaint

Hi, i was hoping to try the evaluation version of tvpaint 9, and sent my particulars to tvpaint yesterday, but i've yet to receive any email reply. How long do i need to wait normally?

The email was sent at the same adress as your forum account and was not rejected, can you check your spam filter.

nope, not inside the spam filter as well. But I tried again with a gmail account, and i got the reply immediately, so it was a problem with my yahoo mail. Thanks for your help!
