I'm trying to find a light and practical backup utility that will backup any modified files within my project folder and sub-folders at automated time schedules or some app that compares folder and updates modified files). I know there is Dhomas' backup plugin for TVP, but I'm wondering about alternatives, preferably free ones.
can people please write what and if they use any such backup app?

Re: backup utility
I can recommend Youngmonkey's Backup 1.5 plugin for TVP which is easy to handle and reliable. Far as I know there are several people around here also using it (Paul, Sierra...). But it's only Win, I am guessing.

And I think it's a good plugin too....I know there is Dhomas' backup plugin for TVP, but I'm wondering about alternatives, preferably free ones.
I'm just trying to find out what other lightweight solutions are out there. Especially open source ones.
p.s - Youngmonkey website is not accessible for some reason.
