Hello:
I can't seem to find the part of the manual that covers this question:
I want to stamp a brush down on several frames - like 25 or so.
Right now I am stamping the brush down on a frame, moving to the next frame, stamping, moving to the next frame, stamping, etc.
Isn't there a way to select several frames, then stamp a brush down on all of the frames at one time?
How do I do this?
THANKS
Brush over several frames
Re: Brush over several frames
One way: In Preferences, under General, check the Stroke Animator box. Now, you can hold down the Ctrl key and each time you click the left mouse button a brush is stamped in place on the frame and the frame is advanced... five clicks, five frames. You can create a moving sequence of the brush by holding down the Ctrl key and drawing a continuous path with the stylus depressed on the canvas - each sequential frame is stamped and advanced to the next frame until you pick up, and it wraps around, last to first frame, and continues.

Re: Brush over several frames
Stamp down on the first frame, then right click and select 'repeat frames' and enter the number of frames you want it to repeat in.
You can also automatically fill a new range of frames by stamping down in the first frame, stretching the frames to the length desired and then configuring what you want in the dialog that pops up (repeat exposures, hold, add all empty frames, etc)

Re: Brush over several frames
or stamp the brush to the fist frame, hit "u" (for undo), select your range of frames, then hit "Enter" (for re-apply),
it should stamp it on all your selected range of frames.
it should stamp it on all your selected range of frames.
