Tommie, have you installed the CutBrush2 Custom Panel I sent you? I think you will find it very close to what you are used to.
As a side note, my personal feelings about the overuse of such easy cutout gadgets is that they can also diminish one's drawing skills if used too often. Things like these can create bad habits; a sort of drawing laziness that will eventually show up in one's animation in the form of a telltale stiffness. I don't know your work well enough, so this is not my view of you, just a little warning from an old goat.

Yes Paul I have installed and although it fixes some stuff i have still the same problem..It still pops when I cut and I would still argue that doing scale, translate and rotate is more complicated in TVP than in PhotoShop. That said I wont stop using TVP just because of this TVP is a great software in many regards, just that I always get irritated about this particular detail
