Re: MacBook/Parallels/
If you have a MacBook, run TVP in MacOSX !!! :)
Sorry I haven't any idea about how Parallel works...
When starting XP with bootcamp TVP works perfectly.

Re: MacBook/Parallels/
Anyway, if I have purchased a TVP-lisence for PC, does it mean that I also have access to the Mac-version and if so where can I download the version ?
Re: MacBook/Parallels/
I downloaded different versions in the same session, so I guess the answer is Yes.

Re: MacBook/Parallels/
Can anyone help me with the following problem:
I have installed tvpaint 9 on my mac book Pro but as opening tvpaint it doesn't want to recognize the dongle!
I tried after restarting the macbook Pro, after using a different usbport and plugging and unplugging the dongle while tvpaint was open or closed.
what to do?

Re: MacBook/Parallels/
Did you also install the Sentinel driver? Without it TVP can't see the dongle.

This is what pops up, although the dongle is in the usb port. doing what this window says -unplug and plug, then press ok - doesn't help. tvpaint closes after the 'ok'.

Re: MacBook/Parallels/
I installed the latest updates, hoped that might work. But no change.
Re: MacBook/Parallels/
This is strange : you still have the "buy now" icon in the interface ...
Please could you send me your dongle number in PM ?
Sandra, are you working with Mac OS 10.5.6 ? I heard that the sentinel driver has to be up-to-date in order to work with the 10.5.6 ...

Re: MacBook/Parallels/
Try this :
"Apple" menu > About This Mac
then click on "More Info..."
This opens the System Profiler.
In the left column, unfold "hardware" if it isn't already, then click on USB.
You should find something like "USB UltraPro".
If not your dongle is dead...
