Hello there,
I'm working with TV-paint 9 and a very annoying problem keeps reoccuring. When I have been working for a long time without closing the program something goes wrong when I try to save my file. It only saves some bits of some layers and the rest is just gone!
What could be causing this? It's costing me time and causing me frustration, as you can understand. Hope you can help me.
Kind regards,
Johan Klungel.

Hi Johan
Try to reduce your cache size in the preference panel.

Hi Herve,
Thank you for your quick answer! I switched it now to 720. Will that do the trick? And what happens exactly?
Greets Johan.

It's a memory fragmentation problem like Hard Disk fragmentation.JohanKlungel wrote:Hi Herve,

Re: Error saving files TVP 9
Hi,
It seems I have the same problem with tv paint 8.5.8,
And I switch cache size to 120Mo but problem isn't solved.
Edit:
When I closed TvPaint, the thumbnail has changed as if the saved has worked... but it didn't.
Ps:
Désolé du double post, j'ai aussi posté ici:
http://www.tvpaint.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=2851
Puis je me suis dit que j'aurai plus de chance de trouver de l'aide en postant dans une rubrique anglophone, mais je n'ai pas réussi à supprimer mon autre post.
Désolé.
