Hello TVPaint,
Why is there no search function within the TVPaint gallery web page?

The sort function provides access to selected works only. Is this intentional ?
If so, what criteria applies in the selection of the works ?

Is it a matter of storage and cost? That I can understand.

Hi Julian,

The sort function allows to select between the artists names, images, videos, or all.

By default, it shows only the best selection of works. (ie : the most different works that have been made with TVP)

I have to side with Klaus here. As with festival awards, which are decided by management selected committees and never please everybody, so it is in this case and as it is the case at festivals, the Audience Favorite award seems usually to be accepted with no grumbles and mumbles among the festival participants, so could the Lurkers Selection function here, in the Gallery.

Edit: Boy, what a convoluted sentence! I simply want to suggest that TVP establish a Lurkers Choice to be selected by votes.

Hi Fabrice,
I would go for the melting pot approach, without judgement (taste), to see what floats to the top- stars, lurkers and all.
But thanks for the answer- the search function is restricted to within the gallery options. It is a pity as their are examples in general posts that contain interesting work(to my taste) by artists not listed.
