Automatic saving??

If only I could get down to work and stop playing (procrastination). Now that I have both the v.9 and the creation pack I'm on a binge. Up night and day, oh yeah, but I never save!!!
Am I missing something that would automatically save at intervals as some software does? A .grg file whatever that is?
What a great time I am having with the upgrade and resources, no problems as yet.....Have intel and imac installations. So far the mac is winning out.

Thank you William. I was hoping that there might be something with Mac in mind. Windows platform is covered, so that would work.
