Does Mirage work with Ubuntu Linux?

Does Mirage work with Ubuntu Linux?
I'm going to be getting a tablet notebook, and I'm thinking of switching the OS from the factory installed Vista to Ubuntu Linux in order to free up more system resources. However, before I do this I need to make sure Mirage will run on Ubuntu. Does anyone have any experience with this issue?
