Dongle not recognized
I'm attaching a screenshot of the message I get when trying to get into TVPaint on my new computer (finally back from the shop.) I haven't had this problem in the 2 times I have installed TVPaint Pro so I am stumped?????? The dongle is firmly in the USB Port, in fact we tried 3 different ones. Can anyone help steer me around this? Thanks....

Please verify that the Sentinel drivers are installed.
(Maybe a checkbox must be set during install process, I can't remember exactliy ?.)
Check also the port itself, if you have an USB memory stick, plug it in this port and look if you can acess your data.

If you have not check the Sentinel box during installation you will find the Sentinel setup:
- On the CD if you have one,
- on this thread of the forum: http://www.tvpaint.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=261, if you have no CD.
