[Done] Export Part of Project as AVI with George

It would be very usefull for me to be able to export for instance frame 300 to 500 of a project as an AVI or image sequence with the george command tv_saveSequence

Maybe the selected frames could be the indicater of wich part should be exported, and if nothing selected export all
