[TVPA-4028] Right-click Erase is broken when Wacom hover option is ON on Mac

TVP12.0.5, Wacom Intuos pro (driver 6.4.10-3), MAC OS14 Sonoma

When the WACOM tablet Hover click option is on, the right-click erase does not work unless the pen is hovering (then it erases at full pressure). When touching the screen, the right-click eraser stops working.
This was not the case in TVP11, although also there there was a problem with hover eraser, because it was leaving erased traces when hovering, but at least it worked in normal drawing mode.
Disabling Hover click solves this issue, but adds workflow problems because then it's not possible to quickly pan/zoom with the ALT + right click unless the tablet is clicked with the pen, which adds a lot of cummulative pressure on the hand during the day.

The devs looked into this. Apparenlty, this is caused by the latest Wacom driver (6.4.10-3) which doesn't transmit proper pressure information to TVPaint (it is always set to a very small number, no matter what). Reverting to an older version of their driver (such as version 6.4.9-2 should do the trick). Could you please try this?
