Tvpaint 12 floating menus & cintiq pen problem

Hi

There is a problem with Tvpaint 12.
When I try to use my cintiq 24 pro(for drawing) and external monitor for timeline/layer/libruary....
The problem here is when I toggle my wacom pen to be on the external monitor, then I am not able to control/interact with the menus, with my wacom pen. BUT it is possible with af mouse. Strange.
I have tested it on windows 10 pro and 11 pro. Same issue there.

Any idea how to fixe this?

i have the same issue.
It undercuts the advantage of have floating panels.

Yes i agree.
Unfortunately I am not able to use the floating windows in my workflow, if I can´t interact with my wacom pen

Did your stylus come back to your Cintiq screen when you try to toggle your wacom pen on another screen ? or dis your stylus stay on the other screen but can't interact with menus ?

My stylus toggles perfectly between my cintiq and the second monitor.
When I move my stylus into the area of a floating window, lets say the timeline, on the second monitor, the icon changes from arrow to point(like when drawing) and then I am not able to interact with the floating window(move it. choose layers etc.)
But, there is no problem, when using a normal mouse....

I can toggle the cursor between screens and interact with other apps.
But as soon as i try to interact with a tvpaint panel that is not on the cintiq the cursor immediately jumps back to the tvpaint interface on the cintiq

This issue has been identified, I reproduced it yesterday. Our devs will look at it as soon as possible.

What is the status of this?
This is a pressing issue for me.
Because it is not possible to use v12 over more than one monitor when you have a dual monitor setup.
Has there been any progress?

1) one issue is that the cursor will jump to the other monitor unexpectedly if you hover over some areas where another panel is hidden or expected... (not sure what happens there).

2) another issue is that panels sometimes end up behind the main interface and clicking their shortcut does not bring them to the front (for instance the lighttable panel)
another example of this:
i have a custompanel that is activated (tick mark in the drop down) but i cannot locate it.
i cannot switch it off and then back on to hopefully make it re-appear... because when i click it in the pull down it stays activated but also invisible?
i cannot locate it anywhere behind any panels or other applications so its just gone now.
