Good day all,
I am currently working with the TVPaint Technical team to troubleshoot an issue. They have all been tremendously helpful but before I look into certain recommended but very large steps, I just wanted to know if anyone in the communitee has experienced the following issue:
Initially TVPaint was working as it should, but then when attempting to open a project I was presented with the following "TVPaint Licence Error":
If I click either 'Ok' or 'Cancel', the prompt disappears but TVPaint does not start; nothing happens after that point.
When checking the CodeMeter application, I can see that the licence is being detetcted:
In the events tab on CodeMeter, I see the following:
"Executing Broadcast for CodeMeter License Servers
Entry (An_Entry_Code) not found - Event WB0200 (ENTRY NOT FOUND), Request IP-Address local(IPV4)(My_Username,TVPaint Animation 12 Pro.exe) (SID An_SID) with StationShare Mode
API Error 200 (ENTRY NOT FOUND) occurred!"
In the Windows Events Viewer I see the following:
Faulting application name: NoWibuLicenceMsgUs.exe, version: 0.0.0.0
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.22621.4317
Exception code: 0xc0000374
Fault offset: An_Offset_ID
Faulting process id: An_ID_Number
Faulting application path: My_Path\TVPaint Animation 12 Pro\NoWibuLicenceMsgUs.exe
Faulting module path: My_Path\ntdll.dll
Has anyone ran into this issue before? And if yes, what was the outcome? Was there any solution that did not require a possible Windows reinstallation?
I have installed TVPaint on two seperate machines, one with Windows 11 and one with Windows 10 and they have both experienced this issue.
