tv_LayerMove issue

I'm thinking about making a panel I created previously called "LayersChange" compatible with Ver.12.
It seems that tv_LayerMove can "move outside a folder," but not "put inside a folder."
Is there any way to do this?

As for tv_LayerDuplicate, if you run it on a layer inside a folder, it seems to be created outside the folder rather than just below it.
Please check this as well.

If you move a layer between two layers that are in a folder, it will be put in that folder.
But I agree that this should be easier.
After discussing with Kévin, we'll add a folder ID as an optional parameter to tv_LayerMove. If that ID is present, the command will put the layer in that folder.
