To move the timeline up or down you must click and drag on the three dots.
That is a mystery to me. It does seem like they take up large amount of space on the interface.

I mentioned this issue in a post on the technical issues section of the forum and it seems to have a bug tracking label on it, I hope they address this.

Bumping this just to echo the request and also add that the lock icon should be consolidated as well instead of having a whole row. I did see that mentioned in the other thread but just wanted to mention it again. Thank you to the team!
