Perpective Tool Crashing TVP12 [TVPA-3642]

In v12 when using the perspective tool, having the Apply on set to All Layers will crash the program when you hit apply after making a change to the perspective, whether there actually are multiple layers or only a single layer.

It also crashes when trying to use Apply on set to Current Group if the layer you are on has no Color Group attached. It seems to work fine if you have a color group on the layer you are working with.

Not sure what other parameters might make it crash, but these are the ones I've identified so far.
