Not sure why CTG layers are exempt from being able to choose HOLD, LOOP, PING-PONG etc.
It makes is difficult to have line-art on eg. LOOP and the CTG layers that colour it not be able to keep up.
Therefore, CTG layers should also have post-behaviour actions, or they should inherit their source layer's post-behaviour actions.
