CmContainer Entry not found, error 200

Post by rdomingo »

Hi All,

TV Paint will not open on my Macbook Pro; Monterey. I've followed the instructions for installation:

- installed CodeMeterRuntime-postHighSierra.dmg
- placed TV Paint into the Applications folder.

I right click on the TV Paint icon in the Applications folder and choose "Open".

But then I get the following error message:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Robert,

This error message appears when a license hasn't been activated on your computer yet. I have replied to your email request :-)
For other people who may have the same issue, please refer to this installation video we have made for dematerialized licenses. This section of the video is especially relevant to solve this issue.

Hi! Same problem here but i activated my license a couple of months ago and this happened. Also i got the message 'The CmContainer with serial (...) was not found Please connect it to your PC'. In my TVpaint license depot.
I changed nothing in my computer the last days so i don't understand.
