TVPaint11 standard upgrade to pro discount question

Right now it is 20% to upgrade from TVPaint11 standard to pro which I’m interested in doing, but I saw the promotion also says this:

“There will be a grace period for people who have bought TVPaint Animation 11 between January 1st 2024 and the release of TVPaint Animation 12.

Contact us before December 31st, 2024 to claim your free upgrade to version 12 if you bought TVPaint 11 during this grace period.”

So if I upgrade to TVPaint11 pro now, will I be able to get the free upgrade to version 12 later?
