TVPaint won't run, haven't used it in 5 years.

Hello,
I'm trying to run TVPaint again. I haven't used it in 5 years.
I downloaded the latest version 11.7.1 reinstalled the dongle drivers and reinstalled TVPaint. I followed the dongle installation guide on the website. Still the dongle doesn't get recognised. When I click "ok" it just crashes.
I think I tried to install it 3 times now and the dongle was not plugged in when I installed it. I also deleted the whole preference folder in the Library folder.
Is there anything else I can do?

I'm on MacOS 12.6.2 Monterey and installed the post Catalina dongle drivers.

Hey Paul, How are you, good to see you back here!

Unfortunately i don't know anything about the mac side of dongles.
You could consider going dongle less with the new WIBU license system, but you'll have to ask someone from the team.

The dongle doesn't work on MacOS Monterey. (The SafeNet company which makes the dongles has no plans to update them to work with MacOS Monterey).

Contact TVPaint Support and ask to have your TVPaint license changed to the dongleless WIBU security system.

Thank you, I contacted Support and received a reply. We are in the process of installing it. I just can't download it from the website at the moment for an unknown reason.

I've got it running! It's amazing that you can use the software after 5 years. Much appreciated.
(I'm afraid I forgot everything about the program and have to relearn everything again)
