Save Project as Template does not save Camera parameters

The option to 'Save Project as a Template' does not save the template correctly. I set my project to dimensions 2880 x 1620 with a camera view of 1920 x 1080. Save this as a Template.
Then when I open TVPaint again and select my template for '2880 x 1620 with 1080p camera' it opens a project with dimensions of 2880 x 1620 and the camera view is also 2880 x 1620 . I must reset the camera parameters to 1920 x 1080.

What is 'Save Project as a Template' intended to do ? My expectation is that it would save the project with the exact settings that were set by the user , so when a new project is opened using this template it would have the exact same settings. But there is no point to saving a project as a template with a specific dimension and camera view preset if the template does not open with the camera parameters intact. It's the same result of simply opening a new project as normal with the desired dimensions (2880 x 1620 or whatever) and then manually selecting the camera parameter of 1920 x 1080.

The issue with the saved project template is not fixed.

What did get fixed is if you set the Start Up Prefs to "Remember last used configuration" or "Template" , it will open up next time with the saved scene template , including the camera parameters.

So it seems to me that it must be possible to save a Template with the camera parameters, but as of now it does not work if you use the Start Up panel and select a saved template from the Templates menu in the Start Up Panel. That is the problem.
