I want to install the latest TVPAINT animation software.
My Question:
I can stay on Sierra 10.12.6. ?
Sierra 10.12.6 + Latest TVpaint = LOVE ?!
Or do I need to upgrade?
What is the oldest version of mac os that works well with the latest TVPaint software?

I understood your working environment with your PM.
I think using the WIBU system virtual dongle is risky in your country.
Also, I think it will take time to have the WIBU hardware key delivered from TVPaint support.
I recommend using TVPaint 11.0.10 for the time being with the Safenet USB key as it's not the latest Mac OS you're using,
but it also has the benefits of 11.5.x, so it's the latest TVPaint. If you want to use, I recommend you to talk to Dean.
