Problems installing TVP 11.5.3 update Topic is solved

I am on Wacom Mobile Studio 16, Win10
When I open TVP 11.5.1 and click "Check for updates" it just takes me to TVPaint home page. Then I go to my software and download the 11.5.3 version, I run it, and the first thing I get is a warning that a file cannot be found. I click Ignore, because that's the only way it can be installed. It installs, but when I run TVPaint, I still see version 11.5.1 in the "about" description... (see screenshots)
So which version do I have now?

Hmm, judging by the error message, is TVPaint closed while you are trying to install the update?
If it's opened, the installer cannot overwrite the executable file while it's running, so it throws this error.

It is definitely closed...

I'd say :
1) restart your Windows
2) uninstall both versions
3) reinstall the latest you downloaded
