Issues with Website, Updates, and Contacting TvPaint

Hi, my names Forrest Crocker. This isn't an animation problem but I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble with the websites links and pages that seem to just lead to dead-end/error pages with 'odoo' in them? Specifically, the 'Update' page and 'Contact Us' page. I'm trying to contact the company about an upgrade issue but nothing seems to work. Is this a temporary thing or has this been going on for a while?
