Dongle, unlock code etc

Hey guys, I just purchased TVpaint via school.
I'm just waiting for my unlock key now.

I'm supposed to be able to work with tvpaint for like 15 days without the unlock key right? Well I installed the dongle thing about 2 days ago, and after the first day it says my temporary license has expired

Anyone know what might be the problem?

Strange problem.
Uninstall and reinstall, it can fix the problem.
You will receive soon your key, sorry for the delay.

I have been waiting for about 7 days now for the unlock key, the webpage said about 2-3 days.

Should I wait longer or try to send the form again?
And was it right to fill in the code on the sticker of the dvd case, or should it be the long code on the dongle itself?

Sorry lot's of questions, but my trial version is almost running out, would really like to be able to continue working with tvpaint for school
