Option to turn of Interface Animations

I found the animation of the drawers always annoying, since it doesn't look good and just steals time. It seems the timeline is now animated too, which I really dislike. It doesn't look fluent, since it just slowly moves out of sight and then there is this big "pop" where the workarea expands. And as I mentioned it takes some time, not much, but if you constantly toggling the timeline on and off while working it adds up and for no good reason.
So please add the option to turn off all interface animations.

Did you try setting up two separate rooms (from View->Rooms), and switching from one room to the other ?

The problem with switching rooms is that the placement of the workarea and all my open panels change too. The question is why should the timeline animate in and out? Personally I find this behaviour so annoying that I probably keep using 11.0.8

After uninstalling 11.5 I realized I only have the installer for the Mac0S version of 11.0.8. Is there some way I can download an old installer?
