Pen offset. Calibration

Here's a question - would it be possible to make a script controlling the offset of the cursor.
As there's no way to calibrate you pen when running android. No driver and no support in the OS.
I tried to make an offset on a custom brush but it for some reason just scaled up the stamp.
Anyone got a hint - please
