Dongle doesn't work anymore!

Hello I need your help.

For some reason I can not open TVPaint anymore, because that stupid mac of my for some reason can not find the dongle anymore. Even thought it still glows. Here is screenshot of the problem.

Could I possibly get a link for the proper dongle driver also? Mine stopped working, and I went to the Sentinel driver page listed in the FAQs, but--honestly--I don't know which driver to download....tried one, it didn't work.

Dongle is flashing but the computer and TV paint don't recognize it

Asking for a friend who has High Sierra and experiencing similar issue with the dongle not being recognized:

Sadly, I made another update on my iMac and the TVPaint dongle once again doesn't work anymore. I sadly need once again the support of you guys. I can not believe I mad the same mistake again.

I'm having the same problem. I even downloaded the new version of the sentinel protector and TVPaint still doesn't recognize my dongle. It doesn't help that I had just recently recovered from a massive reboot of my iMac.

You need to use the Sentinel driver 7.4.2 ( download link for driver 7.4.2 is at the link above)

I've done that multiple times and it still didn't notice my dongle.
