How does JSON work?

Hello,
I would like to know how the new JSON option works.

I exported my clip in TVPaint using the Clip: Layer Structure JSON option.
How can I import the clip in After Effects now?
Opening the json file with After Effects only imports the file itself.
Unfortunately, I am not very experienced with After Effects.

You must install the script provided with 11.0.8 (JSX) in After Effects first, then import the Json through that script in After Effects.

It's in the last update zip file (same folder as the software executable file).
