Toon Boom's new software Producer

Anyone heard of this? It's apparently a 2d version of the program Shotgun. It should be a handy tool for 2d animators.

it was called TACTIC Studio from Southpaw Technology, before ToonBoom bought the technology.
but visiting their website, it seems to be open-source now ... http://www.southpawtech.com/tactic-open-source/

There was (is?) an Open-source version of Tactics, even before TB bought the technology.

If I remember well, there was a free and paying version of Tactics and TB bough the technology from the paying version.
