Where can I download the JSON script for After Effects?

The YouTube tutorial from TVPaint says the JSON script can be found in the installation folder, but it's not there.

Hello Andy, the latest version of the script is always contained in the zip file you download to get the TVPaint installer.
I am posting it here too to save you some time.
