URGENT HELP. Start error/ activating licence Topic is solved

When I click on tvpaint after reinstalling due to the new update I keep getting this error message so I sort out my license on code meter but it's not working. My license says activated but I don't have the cm container that file has been wiped from my computer. I'm unable to make a new one and don't understand why. They say empty license contained and I don't understand what I wrong. When I try to open tv paint. I try opening codemeter control center reinstalling my license but it's saying empty license container, but My license is activated at the same time. I'm hella confused.

I still have to original license code from when I had the dongle if that helps.
