hello hello. i realized i never really introduced myself properly and i saw that post about introducing yourself, so before i unload another question on you guys, lemme do that.
my name's jimmy and i'm a bg designer/painter/illustrator. i started getting into tv paint and animation in general after taking a class, because i've loved it since i was a kid. i've been working in animation for a while now, but always as a designer/painter. i've had a blast learning learning tv paint and about animation in general, and i'm really liking the software a lot.
so now for my question. i dunno if it has to do with the latest windows 10 update but i've been getting these weird little straight lined "start-ups" before i do a stroke with the brush tool. i never noticed it before. i'm currently only a mobile studio pro 16, latest version of tv paint. i saw the mbsp setting that's stickied on the board and it helped a little. i also tried line smoothing. here's a screen shot to show what i'm talking about.
any help appreciated. thank you for your time as always.

Re: brush tool giving me these weird angles
It is indeed a Windows update consequence.
To correct it, open the Wacom tablet properties and disable the "Use Windows Ink" option:
Add TVPaint Animation in the list of applications for the different tools:
And turn off the Tip Double Click Distance:
That should do it!
