Hello Helgerg, the TVPaint Converter is only available for dongleless (WIBU) license system users.
However, your license can be migrated to the new system for free. Please send us a contact form request if you wish to do so.

Hellow Yellow, last month we released version 12.0.2, which fixes a lot of crashes and improves overall stability.
Regarding blue screens, this is not something TVPaint has ever been known for, even when we tested the least advanced builds internally.

Users who upgrade their dongle-based v11 license to v12 (dongleless only) via our online store hard a limited time windows to send us a proof of destruction for their dongle.
It can be uploaded via the online store directly or sent later.

Hello Kramme, in the General tab of your TVP11's Preferences panel, is the drawing mode set to Wintab with the "Subpixel" option enabled?

Hello Peter, since you hadn't PM'd me to ask for a full v12 license yet, the full v12 installer wasn't available on your account yet, nor was a full v12 license on your personal License Depot link.
They should be appearing now.

Hello, we saw your email request. Version 11 isn't sold anymore but the recent 11.7.4 update adds compatibility to launch v11 using a v12 license.

Hello Petescalzitti, since you are working on a Surface device, there is a probability that the stylus doesn't behave like your typical Wacom/XP-Pen. Could you try Peter Wassink's advice and set the drawing mode to "Wintab", then tick the "Subpixel" option in the TVPaint Preferen...

Hello Willbe, your CmContainer (license container) is corrupt for some reason.
I just sent you a PM with a command you need to use in the Codemeter Command Prompt app before remotely deactivating and reactivating your license.

1) Run TVP as an Administrator
