Hello David, did this happend after waking the computer up from sleep mode?
Some users who had this issue fixed it by reinstalling the Wacom driver (yes I am serious, we will need to contact them about this).

Hello, TVPaint 11 doesn't have a folder system so the issue could be exclusive to v12 indeed. Could you try giving TVPaint full disk access via the Mac's system settings and check if the autosave works better this way? Hello, is your TVPaint in Wintab or Ink mode and is Subpixel enabled?
This can be checked in the General tab of the TVPaint Preferences panel.

Hello Akira, did the issue appear overnight? Some setting change in your remote could be conflicting with TVPaint, which TVP shortcuts did you bind it to, please?

Hello Christopher, we tested this on MacOS and Windows and things seem to work as expected.
Does the issue still occur with a fresh config?

Confirmed on my end on Windows, the delete key still works.

EDIT: the bug has been fixed on our end, new builds will be generated soon.
